1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo - Trail ready, Lifted, Locked & Loaded
I6 engine
141k miles
$4000.00 or BO. Located in CA in the East Bay. NO TRADES.

Great trail rig that comfortably fits 4 or 5 and gear. I have wheeled this on the East coast and the West coast and it has NEVER left me stranded. Burns ZERO oil and has been maintained religiously(I'm the 2nd owner) with all Castrol fluids.

The good:
6.5" custom lift with long arms, has triangulated 4 link rear
HP D30 with Lock Right up front
HP Currie 9" w/ Detroit, 35 spline shafts, and disc brakes out rear
4.56 gears F&R
ARB bumper (winch not included)
Kennesaw Mtn rear bumper installed by them, with an added tire carrier with full size spare
Claytons Rock Rails
33" MTR's on black steels - tires have approx. 90% tread left and no cuts/tears
Inverted T steering with Chevy TRE's
Misc. spare parts and front shafts
Rock Lights
Rusty Hydro shocks front, ES 3000 rear
Alpine CD/MP3 player with iPod/iPhone cable
Yakima roof rails
Probably some other stuff I'm forgetting

Optima red top battery(less than 6 months old), throttle body spacer, you'll get 1 spare 297 shaft, 2 spare 260 shafts with hubs, spare knuckles, has OME steering stablizer, JKS disco's, ES3000 type shocks, upper shock conversion on the front and also custom BPE via XJ sway bar brackets, Rear cargo area is grey indoor/outdoor mat with better tie downs, interior is very clean. ABS removed, the rear disc brakes are Cadillac calipers, custom t-case skid, Kevin's Offroad steering box brace. Tinted front windows, the steering is the inverted T, ORGS/JKS WJ adjustable front track bar and the bracket converted to accept it. Its all Currie Johnny Joints and XJ bushings, 1 1/2" 1/4" wall square tube arms, and the uni-rail is sleeved with a 4x4 1/4 wall tube steel that was sliced and slipped on, bolted and welded to attach the body side brackets. All joints greasable and fully rebuildable.

Have recently(within the past 1000 miles) done the following:

New front end hub units
New ball joints
Oil change
F&R diff. fluid changes

The bad:
Needs brakes front and rear and a fluid flush. I have new pads and fluid but haven't found the time lately to do it. These will go to the new owner.
Right rear outer shaft seems to have a slow leak. Again, haven't had time to repair but it should be an easy quick fix.
Has typical trail scars and dents on it for a rig that's actually been wheeled. Pictures show the worst of it.

Contact me at jm94566 @ gmail dot com if you want to see it and/or want pics of anything else on it. DO NOT PM HERE - I WILL NOT BE CHECKING PM'S
