View Full Version : GSW Registration Reminder

Just wanted to remind everyone that the sooner you can finalize your GSW registrations the better. Currently there are less than 20 people who have completed the registration process by sending in their waiver and their registration payment. These are things that you must do to attend GSW.

GSW is 6 weeks away, and I know many of you have a full plate of things to do getting your rigs ready to go, but please take 5 minutes and get your waivers and payments sent in. The life of the Planner's group will be MUCH easier if you could get this done within the next two weeks. Once your waiver AND payment have been received, you will show up as confirmed on the GSW registration site.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

THANK YOU to all who have sent in payments over the last few days. Still a lot of people left though who need to get their money and waivers in.

Also just a reminder, once I have received BOTH your registration fee AND your waiver, then you will show up as confirmed on the registration site.

I sent a text to the local slacker union. Looks like I got one to bite :)

I paid for my banquet +1. I would buy a shirt, but they just sit in my closet so I think I'll pass this year.

I know, cause the first 5 I bought are still sitting in my closet. I don't wear them, and I don't want to make them into rags ;)

Nothing against the design, I just don't really use souvenir t-shirts.

You can donate your shirt to your +1... something to remember you by. Take us over the top so we get a t-shirt run.

I'd prefer snail mail.

It's against everything I stand for to provide extra clothing to my +1

Hang them on a wall in the living room. Jeep Art.

Only 20 confirmed registrations 5 days from the end date.

Not sure all the effort is worth it for 20 vehicles.

So if it is less than 50 vehicles, does that change the permit fee? Only reason I haven't registered is because I will be down there Memorial weekend and not sure if GSW will be in the plans. But if I decide to show up it would be nice to still join others for some trails.

There is no longer a magic # of 50. ANY organized event requires these measures.

Mine will land Friday or Saturday in Dave's hands.

Shirt order will be paid in the next day or so. Bridget said we need to do 1 right now, but if you're tallying for a potential reprint after the event, you'll have 1 adult and 1 child.

If not, they'll just steal mine from time to time

I didn't say that she had to wear it;)

Todd, it's fixed now. I had you down as paid on my spreadsheet, it just didn't make it over to the rego site.

There's several others that I know of that are on the way too. I think we'll end up around 30.
