Okay well incase you have ever wondered what a HD diff cover really is then here you go.

This is in my opinion the beefiest diff cover on the market today.

3/8" thick A50 plate steel cover
Massive 1/2" thick bolt ring that is machined flat after welding to ensure a no leak installation!!!

Well a picture is worth a thousand words so take a look.

This is a D30 with counter sunk bolt holes, grade 8 mounting bolts, and drain plug. RSS includes a few extra drain plugs just incase you loose one and also includes the grade 8 bolts (with the counter sunk option).

If you need pricing let me know I can hook you up and make you a package deal with some Amsoil gear lube also.

True, I honestly do not think it gets any beefier than these covers.

Most of the other guys are using 1/4" plate and 3/8" bolt rings and I do not know of any other manufacturer that machines the bolt rings flat after welding!!!

You can not go wrong with these covers and the pricing will suprize you!!!!!

I use these covers. Dan has a very good product and a corner on the market! Don't do the countersunk heads though. The size of the allen key needed is TINY. I suggest regular flange and soket cap screws. Bigger allen key.

AWESOME COVERS THOUGH!

Good point Chad, I will get the size of the hex key tonight and post it so that everyone knows.

The nice thing about getting the counter sunk option is that the bolts come with the cover so there is no need to run down and sourse them yourself as the stock bolts WILL NOT FIT the bolt ring is just way too think to reuse the stock bolts.
