problem i was having:
last time i was using the welder it started arcing the wire as it was coming out of the tip. which would weld the tip closed a second after that. i cleaned the ground wire and clamp (which was way to small so i replaced later on) . this did not seem to help anything so i moved to the torch.

ok in this pic you can see the small blue wire, 2 clear looking tubes and the black ground wire(its kinda hidden under one of the tubes).

so after looking in the torch handle the wire was frayed and for my thinking was way to o small. it was somwething like a 12 ga. stranded wire.

i will finish later.

sorry for the delay

i replaced the wire in the handle with some 8ga wire and gold plated terminals.

the tube with the red cap is the gas tube. i dont plan on using gas ,for right now anyway, so i pluged it. i also changed the ground wire and robbed the clamp off my stick welder.

this made a big difference in how well this thing welds. i would think anyone with a cheaper welder could benefit from changing some wires. atleast change the ground clamp and wire.

not really much tech but a helpful hint i guess.
