Here is the tentative rundown for GSSW 08:

Friday:
Smiley Rock-Moderate-Difficult
Smasher Canyon (Lower)-Difficult
Greasy Spoon and RR Powerline-Moderate

Saturday:
Casner Mtn: Moderate
Brutal Canyon: Extreme
House Mtn and Cliffhanger: Moderate/Difficult
(Middle/Upper Smasher): Very Difficult

Sunday:
Broken Arrow: Moderate-Difficult
Soldier's Pass: Moderate

Again, this is a proposed trails list. GSSW organizers may choose to rearrange trail itineraries depending upon interest and the level of vehicle/driver capabilities.

GSSW is less than 1 month away!

Less then 1 month is correct.................... Is there a official registration site yet?

We will have waivers at the event. Otherwise, everyone can join in on GSSW Sign Up thread. We do not have our own website like the GSW planners created.

I asume that we do NOT need a LAND USE PERMIT this year like last?

That is right, no Sate Land Permit required. Also, a Red Rock Pass should not be required for the events that we have planned for GSSW. If you plan on parking and hiking in the area, a RRP would be strongly recommended. However if you are within sight of your vehicle, and merely stopping for pictures/brief sightseeing, no pass will be required. If you do wish to park for an extended period of time, the passes are readily available for ~$7 in Sedona.

For those that have them, National Park passes are accepted in lieu of the Red Rock Pass.
