John and I hit up this trail today.

Me - REALLY glad I was in a WK instead of a ZJ (would have sucked water into the intake of a ZJ):

It was a great time!
Playing in the water, we went across a few times, was a lot of fun. :D

I don't remember that rock this trip.

I had to run the water 4 or 5 times - John was taking pics with my camera and it took him a few tries to get the exposure right. I was pleasantly surprised that the air intake seems to be very intelligently baffled, preventing damage that probably would have occurred in a ZJ.

Cody - where do you NOT want to live? So far I know you want to live in Ouray, Central Colorado, Mexico...

But it was a perfect summer day here in Colorado. Air was a beautiful blue, no haze. Great day (and place) to be alive.

Weird that you mention the haze, several of us on the OCG trip mentioned how hazy it was yesterday!

All of the above. I'll move to Co in the summer, MX for the winter, and retire in Ouray. :D

Bummer we missed this one. Nice pictures. Sure looked like fun.

Ironically I just recieved a call and my Jeep is done. Go figure. They put new knuckles on it and put it back to stock. I guess not comfortable with the inserts they are getting from Teraflex. They are also refunding my money from the begining.

It was fun! I want to do it again later this summer.

Interesting that they changed their mind on the inserts. Glad you got your money back.

I think having my Jeep loose it steering on Hoosier Pass scared them. I was ok with them trying it again but they didnt seem to want to take the risk. Too bad. I respect them and appreciate that they are giving me a refund etc. Still need to do a flip at some point.

MSV has always been one of my favorite trails. It was certainly a lot more challenging when the Jeep was near stock.
