Do a search for half doors and you'll find a few that did it. 5 minutes of your time, man

Nope...can't be done with a grand b/c of the extra thick metal used on the doors! :)

And I heard they leak even if you can cut through the metal.

are we talking upper half or lower half? I've heard it can be tough to roll up the windows afterwards:flipoff2:

are you trying to say a sawzall, a cutting wheel or a torch can't cut the metal? :tease:

The ONLY way to cut it is with nail clippers. Nothing else works.

wow..... dude. i can tell you now searching is your friend. There are lots of great builds on this sight. If you want to model them like th xj do it, take pictures and post them. Cut the metal however is best for you. I use a angle grinder for everything. it takes alot of time and sucks for strait lines. It will all change when i get my plasma cutter. Even though i might be 50 then.

Bottom one is empty. The top one is a temp gauge for the beer fridge in the back. :)
