IT department has been focused on important personal matters. If we are unable to get a rego site up, we will plan on a thread and waiver mail response like the first year. More to come.

You could just have us sign waivers before hitting the trail if you want.

For those who would like to be prepared ahead...print and sign. (Borrowed heavily from GSW waiver...)

Grand Slam SouthWest 2007 RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
The undersigned hereby acknowledges his/her understanding that this gathering is organized for fun, and that participation is strictly voluntary and at the participant’s own risks to their vehicle and to their person(s). The undersigned hereby RELEASES the promoters, donors and trail guides of all liability to undersigned, whether caused by the negligent act, or omission of releases or otherwise while the undersigned is for any purpose participating in such event. It is fully understood by each of the undersigned that there is some inherent personal risk(s) associated with this event, including damage to vehicles. The undersigned understands that there is no insurance of any kind whatsoever provided to any participant for death, injury, damage to vehicle or for anything
IN ADDITION, the undersigned AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the releases from any loss, liability damage, or costs they incur due to such participation by the undersigned whether caused by the promoter’s or trail guide’s negligence or otherwise, and the undersigned further agrees to assume full responsibility and risk for any bodily injury, death, or property damage from releasee’s negligence or otherwise while the undersigned is participating in this event. In signing this Release, each of the undersigned hereby acknowledges and represents the following:
1. That he or she has read, understood and accepts the terms of the foregoing Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.
2. That he or she shall at all times, while riding in a vehicle participating in this event, wear his or her respective seat and/shoulder safety belts.
3. That the owner/driver certifies that he/she has inspected or had their vehicle inspected and that it is in good mechanical condition.
4. That the vehicle owner and/or driver has insurance that covers the vehicle, driver and all passengers for any damage, personal injury or death
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN WAIVER. FOR A PARTICIPANT UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, BOTH PARENTS, THE PARENT WITH LEGAL CUSTODY, OR THE MINOR’S LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST SIGN THIS FORM AND WRITE THE WORD “MINOR” AND MINOR’S AGE NEXT TO THE MINOR’S NAME.

You will be strongly encouraged ;) to complete and sign the waiver before the first trail you run.

FYI, the registration waiver is used as your raffle ticket. Without a completed signed waiver no raffle ticket. No dog ears or strange color paper will be tolerated :smt077

Well for those that PM'd. Hang in there. I emailed the .doc from work, but it seems to be locked in and not sending. I will have to bring the file home and email. s/b tomorrow.

I just sent the E-mail to a printer & it came out fine-Hope this is ok...
