This guy that has a TJ has been over wheelin in the backyard and the other day he twisted his front driveshaft in half. I'm thinking the DS must have had some damage before to do this. Maybe it was dented, or something. The backyard is mostly dirt and sand, no high traction areas. What do you guys think?

wait for Cam to chime in. His buddy Bailey has twisted like 100 driveshafts like that in his FJ40. All 75 screaming horsepower from that motor will do it. :D

It really doesn't take much power to twist off a dented thin wall shaft. I had another buddy other than the one Elliott was talking about pretzel one at a stop sign coming back into town from a wheeling trip just by dropping the clutch. That was in a shitty 2.8 ranger.
Good excuse to go to a .120 wall + or square front shaft.
