Here are all of mine... http://s68.photobucket.com/albums/i38/mustanger302/Tellico%20August%202007/

My camera screwed up and erased a bunch of them so the only pics I have are from Schoolbus and Upper 2. I also have some videos in there from our assault on Upper 2. The sound is screwed up on some of them though.

I hope everyone else had as good a time this year as I did. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend.

What a weekend. That was sooooo much fun. Gotta off load the trailer and return the borrowed tow rig, then I'll think about pictures. But we NEED to see those videos.

I've got a few from the mild ride. It was my first time at Tellico and I had a blast. Thanks to everyone who put it together.

I pretty much suck with a camera, so I'll apologize in advance if most of the pics aren't worth looking at.

Good pics Ryan. I love seeing shots from the other groups- turned out having 3 separate groups on Saturday.

Sorry for the cookout being so late guys, it seems we can always get off the trail at a reasonable time except when we need to....

The non-grand guys more fun than the grand owners that sit at home. :flipoff2:

But a big thanks to everybody that came, pitched in on trail repairs, led a group, followed as part of a group, or waited patiently when the trail was clogged or someone was broken- you helped make it a great weekend.

Hell dude, there was a taurus that did more wheelin last weekend than you. If you ever come to GSSE youll see why the non grand guys get to wheel with the grand guys. We can put on one hell of a show.

So what are the odds that when you shear a pinion gear in half, that the only guy in camp running a 30/35 (not even on a Grand by the way) has a built 9" chunk with the right gear ratio and a locker in his trail spares? The Jeep gods were smiling down even thought the first part of the weekend didn't feel like it.

ATL ZJ

We are going to evaluate the situation around April/May. We'd like to keep GSSE at Tellico, but if there aren't enough trails open, we may decide to hold this year's event at Harlan or similar.

Harlan would be cool! Thats one of the places on my "To do" list. How does it compare to Tellico? By then I should have F&R lockers and a winch to go with my current setup.

Harlan makes tellico look like a bitch. Plain and simple. The trails are close together, the obstacles are right off the main trail. Camp is in the middle of town around several mom and pop restaraunts. If you break on the trail, even at the farthest point in the park, your only 10 minutes from camp. If you wake up at 8 you can be on the trails by 8:05. The trails range from easy to down right nasty. The stockers can have a blast and the most hardcore can have as much if not more fun. Here are a few vids from harlan.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2476957390802354433

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8114090166776762273

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-911910553313491889

The videos dont do the nasty stuff justice.

Sounds awesome guys. I grew up about 30 miles from Harlan, just across the line in VA. They built that park right after I moved 6 hours away.

I've been wanting to get back to Tellico as well - haven't been there since GSSE'03 :(

Either way, I'll plan on being there!
