its easy its like one bolt, better replace it soon tho , mine squeaked for about a day then grenaded and took out the belt

well i was looking at it today, does anything have to come off to get to it or the bolt?

I just read a write up about it and it doesnt seem to bad. guy said it took him about a hour and he was on the trail. Im gunna def. try to get it fixed before i go out on the trail.

It was squeaking and to make sure we sprayed some wd40 on it and that quited it down, so i guess that rules anything else out huh?

Well one would think, but i bet no matter which pulley you spray with wd40, the squeak will go away. I think it just lessens the tension/friction of the belt on the pullies in general. Won't WD40 eventually start drying out the metal and what not on the pulleys? Just something I heard.

Mine took a crap after about two weeks of yelling like hell. I was able to replace mine without pulling the shroud off.Just sucked having to untangle the belt from around the fan blad.Had it replaced in twenty mins.

ya this squeal is really pissing me off. it comes and goes. i really dont understand. I already replaced both idler pulleys and the belt is like 2 weeks old. so i am unsure, it may be the cheap ass belt i bought (prestone one from wal mart) or it may be my alt. bearing going out. I dont know??

Very sharp - I definitely like that shade of blue

Where'd you find the diff guard?

Not bad at all - kinda wish it was more of a diff slider. I'm having difficulty finding those at the moment....not that the wife will let me spend the money anyway :D
