i was very happy that the windshield diddnt shatter... at least now i have horns....

no it was weird.. it was like click.. uh.. bam!!!
it was loud as hell and i was going like 80 in the center lane..
i have more pics.. I bungied it down and beat on it with a mallot, it was way worse when it first happened, the hood was way off center by a good 6 inches to the right, so I had to pry on it with a crobar just to get it over far enough to close, then I had to jump on it for it to click...

Been there done that (not in the Jeep though),

That happened to me, LOUD is a good word to describe it. Look like the Jeep handled it pretty well.
