We chopped the back out of the pathfinder so the interior cage had to go. The new exo is 1.75 HREW .120 wall. The back will be completely sealed off with plexiglass and all of the floor and interior side panels will be covered with a galvanized floor, similar to what I did in the ZJ. And yes, no project is complete without using the forklift.

waaaay too much. We are redoing the 4-link in february and dropping it down a couple inches. It is also getting 40" MT/R's in the near future.

Yea a little overspray never hurt anyone! And yes the bending gets easier with experience.

It's a good thing you guys put that sheet of plywood on the floor to catch any overspray. lol.

Nice work, truck looks good.

I would never mix red, white and black together. :bling:

What is with the unsupported nodes on the roof? And why the redundant hoop thing in the back?

I would have taken the c to d tubes to the top the rear most horizontial tube. Maybe even have kicked it out to the fender tubes. Making a node..... Trust me he won't like the tubes outside of the c pilar. Think my old door bars.

Looks good though.

Exo cages aren't for strength or weight savings silly, they keep that sheetmetal pretty. :flipoff2:

Thanks for the input Chad. I don't foresee any issues regarding the c-pillar bars. The rear could have come together a little more but it is tied into the frame in 6 places, and into the sliders which are welded to the frame.

This was our first exo and I think it came out pretty good. I like practicing on other peoples rigs, by the time we do the cage for the ZJ it should be decent. And Cam, fawk you. :flipoff2:
