I know what everyone is thinking........I am asking for a lawsuit, but I also know that everyone out there feel the same way I do about ABS.......it is a pain in the a%$. I recently did a disc brake conversion on my TJ's D35c and the only way I could get it to work was to remove the abs sensors in the rear completely. I am a thorough guy, so if I remove ABS sensors in the rear, the front ones gotta go too. Now that I have the sensors removed, I want to finish the job. I want to remove all the ABS components and plumb my brake lines directly in. I know someone out there has got to know how to do this. Don't be scared, I am not going to sue you. I need help rerouting my brake lines and then removing all the remaining ABS "stuff". Let me know, thanks!!!

It's a pain in the ass pulling the pump.

I just did it and I wouldn't do it again.
Redoing the lines was a bitch and in the end I just had my mechanic fix it.

Thnks to you guys for posting the ABS write ups. It looks like way too much of a pain in the ass. I have already pulled all related fuses, I think I will finish pulling the sensors and yank the bulb from behind the dash. Then it's on to the next project!!

I did this on my ZJ with very little trouble. As long as you have a flare tool (or get one from Auto Zone for free) it is pretty easy. Just remove the pump and reroute the lines the way they were w/ the pump there. I could get some pics if you are serious. I removed mine b/c it was un neeeded weight.

Not really a pain. The hardest part I had was straigtening and rebending the stock lines to make it look decent.
